In the common area, it is possible to consume meals purchased outside, such as those from a rotisserie, pizzeria, or supermarket, all located just a few steps away from us (approximately 500 meters at most). We provide disposable tableware for guests, such as tablecloths, plates, glasses, and cutlery.
For family reasons, we provide the traditional Italian breakfast from 08:00 to 09:00.

The property is located on the third and top floor of a quiet building with few units, surrounded by a well-maintained garden.
